Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup light corn syrup

• 1 cup white sugar

• 1 cup peanut butter (for more gooey cookies add an extra 1/4 cup peanut butter)

• 1 Tablespoon butter

• 6 cups cornflakes

Directions

• Combine corn syrup and sugar

• Stirring constantly, bring syrup and sugar to a rolling boil

• Remove from heat and add peanut butter and butter

• Pour over cornflakes and coat

• Acting quickly, spoon by the tablespoonfuls onto wax paper
