White Chocolate Christmas Mix

Ingredients

• 1- 1 lb. bag of pretzel sticks

• 5 c. Cheerios

• 5 c. Chex cereal- Rice on one side, Corn on the other

• 2 cups roasted, salted peanuts

• 1 cup roasted, salted cashew pieces

• 1 cup plain M&M’s

• 1 cup peanut M&M’s

• 1-3/4 lb. white chocolate coating chocolate (you can use 1-1/2 lb.)

• 1 T. vegetable oil

Directions

• In an extra large mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients

• In the microwave or double-boiler heat chocolate & oil stirring occasionally

• Melt chocolate until smooth

• Pour over cereal and mix gently with a large handled spoon or spatula

• When mixture is thoroughly coated spread onto waxed paper

• Cool and break apart

• Store in airtight container
