Summer Fluff Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large container Cool Whip

  • 1 large box orange jello

  • 1 (24 ounce) large curd cottage cheese

  • 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 small can Pineapple tidbits, drained (use large can tidbits if you prefer lots of fruit)

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, fold unprepared orange jello into whipped topping

  • Add cottage cheese and incorporate well

  • Fold in drained fruit and chill in refrigerator at least an hour before serving
