Summer Fluff Salad
Ingredients
1 large container Cool Whip
1 large box orange jello
1 (24 ounce) large curd cottage cheese
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can Pineapple tidbits, drained (use large can tidbits if you prefer lots of fruit)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, fold unprepared orange jello into whipped topping
Add cottage cheese and incorporate well
Fold in drained fruit and chill in refrigerator at least an hour before serving
