Nana’s Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese

  • 2 Tablespoons olive juice

  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise

  • 1/2 jar (7 ounce) pimento stuffed small olives, sliced

  • Heaping 1/2 cup roasted & salted pecan halves, coarsely chopped

Directions

  • With a hand held electric mixer, beat cream cheese until creamy

  • Add olive juice and mayonnaise and beat well

  • Add sliced olives and chopped pecans and beat with mixer until combined

  • Serve with your crackers of choice
