Cream Cheese Peppers
Ingredients
1 green pepper, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide
2 red peppers, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide
1 yellow pepper, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide
(*You can also buy a bag of multi-colored sweet baby peppers)
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tablespoon red onion, chopped fine
Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric hand-held mixer until light and fluffy
Add onion and beat until combined well
Spread cream cheese mixture onto each individual sliced pepper
Liberally sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese mixture
Arrange on cutting board or charcuterie board
