Cream Cheese Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide

  • 2 red peppers, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide

  • 1 yellow pepper, cored, de-seeded, sliced wide

  • (*You can also buy a bag of multi-colored sweet baby peppers)

  • 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 Tablespoon red onion, chopped fine

  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Directions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric hand-held mixer until light and fluffy

  • Add onion and beat until combined well

  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto each individual sliced pepper

  • Liberally sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese mixture

  • Arrange on cutting board or charcuterie board
