Greek Layered Dip
Ingredients
10 oz. prepared garlic hummus
3/4 cup mini cucumber, chopped and quartered
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, drizzled over cucumbers & tomatoes
1/2 heaping cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
1/2 heaping cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Pita chips
Pinch of sumac spice sprinkled over the top
Directions
Spread prepared hummus on long or square platter
Layer cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon, olives, feta and green onions
Sprinkle with a pinch of sumac spice
Serve with pita chips
