Greek Layered Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. prepared garlic hummus

  • 3/4 cup mini cucumber, chopped and quartered

  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, drizzled over cucumbers & tomatoes

  • 1/2 heaping cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives

  • 1/2 heaping cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • Pita chips

  • Pinch of sumac spice sprinkled over the top

Directions

  • Spread prepared hummus on long or square platter

  • Layer cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon, olives, feta and green onions

  • Sprinkle with a pinch of sumac spice

  • Serve with pita chips
