Creamy Curry Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon, approximately 1 Tablespoon

  • 8 oz. canned crabmeat, drained & chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 8 ounces marble cheese, hand shredded

  • 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except Ritz and green onions

  • Place mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake 10 minutes

  • Remove and top with Ritz

  • Return to oven for 10 minutes or until golden

  • Top with green onions

  • Serve warm with heated Naan or pita chips
