Creamy Curry Crab Dip
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
Juice from 1/2 lemon, approximately 1 Tablespoon
8 oz. canned crabmeat, drained & chopped
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces marble cheese, hand shredded
1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Chopped green onions for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except Ritz and green onions
Place mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake 10 minutes
Remove and top with Ritz
Return to oven for 10 minutes or until golden
Top with green onions
Serve warm with heated Naan or pita chips
