Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is one of the most popular party appetizers we serve at our house. Served with big, salty tortilla chips it’s perfect for your next “shindig!”

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 1 - 28 oz. canned chicken, drained (or 3 cups)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, sharp or mild

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (I use Frank’s red hot original)

Directions

  • Mix shredded cheese, ranch, cream cheese and hot sauce.

  • Gently stir on low heat until combined and cheese is melted

  • Stir in chicken

  • Pour into oven safe 2 quart dish and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until heated
