Easy Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound maple ground pork sausage, browned

  • 1 - 10 oz. can rotel

  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Brown maple sausage until golden brown

  • Drain off any excess drippings

  • Cut up cream cheese in pieces and place on low heat in small saucepan

  • Add Rotel

  • Heat and stir until blended and then add cooked sausage

  • Transfer into small crock-pot, top with chopped parsley and put on low heat

  • Serve with corn chips
